14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our voluntary promise: try your phone holder in normal everyday use. If it is not for you, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the holder and included metal rings within 14 days of your notice. We refund the product price without a deduction for normal use. No reason or original packaging is required.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. For pre-orders, the 14-day period starts when the goods are delivered. This voluntary guarantee applies to consumer purchases from Efe Store and does not limit your statutory withdrawal or defective-goods rights. For normal use, this guarantee goes beyond the statutory withdrawal conditions.

Cancel your contract — request a return or cancellation
Open your order in your customer account, select the relevant items and submit your return or cancellation request. You can request cancellation of unshipped items until dispatch. Return requests are available until fourteen days after delivery of the last item; if the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, this period extends to the next business day. Your statutory right to withdraw by email or letter remains unaffected.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ertan Efe, Efe Store, Mollwitzstraße 8, 14059 Berlin, Germany, email: ertanefe998@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Ertan Efe, Mollwitzstraße 8, 14059 Berlin, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
How to return an item
Notify us of your withdrawal by email or letter and send the goods to the returns address above. An order number helps us identify the order but is not required for a valid withdrawal. Prior approval, a reason or the original packaging are not requirements for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Please package the goods securely and keep proof of postage.
Pre-orders
For pre-orders, the fourteen-day withdrawal period also begins only when you receive the goods. You may declare your withdrawal before dispatch.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at ertanefe998@gmail.com so we can clarify the necessary next steps. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected. We bear the transport costs necessary to provide the statutory remedy; the return-cost rule above for withdrawal does not limit these rights.
