Use a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surface. Textured or uneven surfaces may not hold securely.

Set the suction base flat and turn the collar towards “TIGHT”. Check the grip before use.

Will it work with my phone?
You need a compatible magnetic phone, magnetic case or suitable metal attachment ring. Two metal rings are included for suitable non-magnetic setups. Thick or unsuitable cases may affect the hold. Compatibility depends on your phone and case.
Does it charge my phone?
No. This is a phone holder, not a wireless charger.
Which surfaces can I use?
Choose a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surface, such as glass or a smooth desktop. Textured, porous or uneven surfaces may not provide a secure grip. Always check the base and phone attachment before use.
What does pre-order mean?
The item is currently out of stock. Estimated dispatch is within 5 business days of your order; delivery time after dispatch is additional. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Payment is taken at checkout. We will email you if there is a delay.
